Confessions

Dear Parishioners,

As we prepare to celebrate the birth of our Savior, we must be sure we prepare ourselves spiritually for the Holy Day.

One of the things I strongly recommend is to receive the graces of the Sacrament of Penance. In this Sacrament, Christ offers His mercy and forgiveness and gives us the grace to become better people. In our weakness, we need the Lord. We need Him to assist us on our attempt to rise above our brokenness and sin.

This Sacrament is a most appropriate way to celebrate your personal preparation for Christmas.

Here at Saints Peter and Paul, confessions are heard every Saturday morning from 7:30 to 7:50 AM as well as 3:00 to 4:00 PM. Also, in preparation for Christmas, confessions will be heard at the following times:

Saturday, December 10~~ 2:30 to 4:00 PM

Thursday, December 15~~ 7:00 PM with multiple Confessors

Saturday, December 17~~ 2:30 to 4:00 PM

Tuesday, December 20~~ 2:30 to 4:00 PM** Extra date

Advent Prayer

Lord Jesus,

Master of both light and darkness, send Your Holy Spirit

upon our Preparations for Christmas.

We, who have so much to do and seek quiet spaces to hear Your voice

each day.

We, who are anxious over many things, look forward to Your coming

among us.
